Our most popular event, these events are 60-75 minutes of Alan speaking and singing his original songs followed by a meet and greet. Alan will travel to your city in the beautifully decorated Angels Across the USA van which is a rolling billboard of hope. The van is filled with butterfly decals with the names and home towns of those who have died, sponsored in loving memory by their families. The financial support from these sponsorships allows Alan to waive his performance fee if necessary and offer a sliding scale for travel expenses for non-profit organizations supporting those in grief. The Angels Across the USA Tour comes to you fully equipped with our own sound equipment. Organizations provide the location, access to electrical power, a 6” table, a volunteer to help staff the Angels Across the USA merchandise and information table and refreshments for the meet and greet. For those who want to offer an event on a weekend, this expanded 5-hour presentation of workshops and music is very popular. Typically done on Saturdays, the event typically runs from 10 AM -3 PM and includes a morning workshop, lunch, an afternoon workshop and a closing ritual (balloon or butterfly release or a candle lighting ceremony).
